There is a bill in Congress that would make streaming a felony. Congress needs to get a clue and stop trying to jail people for singing. Congress has no business making ordinary Internet users criminals for expressing themselves online.
Justin is an example of someone who could go to jail for singing cover songs to get famous on Youtube. Yes, Congress is out of touch.
